No help on becoming set up as a contractor but we had a small room sprayed several years ago at work. It was about a 10' X 12' room and it cost roughly $400 if I remember correctly.

Go to the Demilec website, maybe you can get some insight there? Most of my houses are SF. There are many variables, too many to list here. Anything in the building industry is sketchy right now, but a good gig to have if you can get the builders.

Pm my illinibowhunter. He is my brother and I think he is gonna sell his spray rig. It is a nice setup. I'm sure he can answer your questions.

I owned a rig a few years back and no license is necessary to spray foam. It is a great product on everything. I have sprayed deer stands, houses, metal buildings and even have a cooler that has made many trips down the river. It is about 10 years old and holds a bag of ice for 3 or 4 days in this Texas summer heat. The only downfall to spray foam is it is very expensive and hard to tide someone to run your equipment and treat it like they own it. One small mistake can list thousands of dollars. You can make a ton of money too. Good luck

He charged per SQft, not by BDft? was that the square footage of the building or the square footage of the walls that were sprayed? Thanks
