Grapevine Area Help

I’m in Houston and looking at a specific car in Grapevine. Before I make my way up there to buy it, I’d like to have someone put eyes on it. Anyone in that area and mind going by and taking a Quick Look today? Also want to be sure it doesn’t smell like smoke inside.
