Sing Along w/ Mitch and Larry Welk we’re bad enough. But being forced to watch Bishop Scheen, that was a whole ‘not her level of misery.

On the other hand, Saturday morning cartoons were greatness. And the 3 Stooges reruns….

I was just thinking about Saturday morning cartoons the other day. Whatever happened to them? I don’t think they’re on anymore. How do modern parents keep their kids occupied when they want to sleep in on Saturday morning?

I remember going across the street to old doc O’Dell’s house to watch Mr Magoo’s Christmas Carol IN COLOR!

Myself too—we didn’t have a TV but good friends on the next block did and we went there. Playhouse 90, Ed Sullivan, Red Skelton, Captain Kangaroo

I don't remember the 70's. The 50's Saturday mornings was Sky King, Fury, my Friend Flicka, rin tin tin, and loonies tunes.
