Rewire the batteries to increase voltage. Motor might not last as long as it should. But you could have fun lol. Maybe custom gears in the rear differential too.

check out everythingcarts.com (IMO better quality than buggiesunlimited) also D&D motors, they have a high tourque/speed motor that is great! also check ebay for a higher amp controller. Also if you change the gauge of wire thoughout the cart you will pick up speed, cheapest way to do this is buy welding cable from local welding supplier and make your own...also become a member on Buggiesgonewild.com (its the TBH of golfcart world) lots of great info.......
