Finding out who someone is...

Does anyone know how to find a person's identity, that "anonymously" posts on social media? Is there a way to find out who the started a "group" or started a "page" on certain social media platforms? Short of finding the IP address and seeing who is connected to that IP address, is there any other way? I know Burnadell was able to look up information and was wondering if anyone else had a method.
