    This is probably it. BUT, I would either not say hunting or only say predator/hog hunting as there is ag benefit to that. Don't say anything about percentages, deer, dove, etc. No reason to offer than information unless they specifically ask. Just like LEO, everything you say can and will be used against you and their job is to build a case against you.

      Hunting for depredation purposes is probably the phrase you want to use if you have to explain it.

        Sounds like that Sch F is all you need. I hope it is an easy process for you, being a true producer. Sales tax abuse for side by sides is as bad as it gets.

        I'm thankful the comptroller's office is being vigilant on this. While the ag sales tax exemption is still abused, it's nothing like it was before we instituted the required registration. That was my number one priority in 2009 when I was the Legislative Liaison for the Comptroller. After a report estimating lost state revenue for every tom **** and harry claiming ag exemption, the urban legislators were on the road to whacking it all together.
