    Polaris Ranger Crew Half Doors

I’m ready to purchase these for my 19’. Trying to do all I can to mitigate the dust inside my machine. I’m also going to plug all the holes in the back under the seat and wherever else I find dust creeping in.

What half doors are y’all running on your Polaris Ranger Crews and how do you like them. Which brand should I get? Thanks.

Thumper Fab Polaris Ranger Half Doors are constructed from solid steel from top to bottom. Rubber trim around all edges provides a rattle free seal and dual latching handles promise solid door closing every time. These easily bolted-on doors for your Ranger CREW add great style and protection.

Bought a set for my Defender. Hard pressed to beat fit and finish. Made at their facility in Marshall, TX. You could prolly find cheaper but that’s exactly what you’ll get also. Find the YouTube videos associated with installation and product review. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

How’s the rear seat dust in your crew since you added the solid half doors?

Sorry I didn’t clarify that I only have a single cab. Dust will still be an issue. I have a vented front windshield and a sliding back glass and still fight the dust. But not mad enough about it to discard the half doors. Great addition.

Doors will not help with dust getting into your sxs. The best thing to keep out dust is to have more air coming in from the front than is being “pulled” in from the back as your Ranger is moving forward. If you’re running with a windshield or half windshield then you’re preventing airflow and “sucking” dust in from the back as you move forward. A rear windshield will help a little, but you’ll still be pulling dust into the vehicle

I get that, I’ve run variations and not much seems to help besides no windshield and no back glass. Right now I have a Polaris full windshield and back glass, plugged all the holes under the rear seat and even cut a piece of carpet and placed on top of fuel tank area under rear seat storage bins to help some.

Appreciate all the input. Got the front windshield ceramic tinted yesterday and it looks pretty sweet. Not helping getting dusted out though ha.
