    That is how I do my ribs!! Always turns out great! Meat Church is my go to guy for BBQ anything. You did good!!

        That is the exact same process I have been using now for several years. I ran across the recipe and started using it and it is awesome. The honey and brown sugar give it a great flavor for sure

                Put some ribs on at 11am this morning. Added homemade rub, cook naked 3 hours at 225 degrees. Step 2 they go in foil for two hours again at 225. Step 3 add sauce for 1 hour. We’ll see how they turn out at 5pm
