Saturday I was at a friend's house sitting at a fire. He was talking about a friend's son, or someone like that.. I was staring into the fire. I heard him say the boys name was Knute and it's spelled Knute not Newt. I chuckled and said either way it's an awesome name they share horses. He looked at me like I had 15 79/85 heads on my shoulders.
I told him Knute Rockne, 4 horseman of Notre Dame and Newt from Lonesome Dove. He didn't get the reference as he'd never heard of either.

Am I really that old already??
