      I have and it's pretty good. I prefer to smoke it on my smoker

      I am probably in that store once every 4-6 weeks. Grew up with most meats not coming from the grocery store so when I was introduced to them years ago. Its a regular. Get majority of our pork and beef there.

          I know for a fact 1/2 a box of salt is needed for 100 lbs of meat .
