Anyone use a dual grind meat grinder

I grind everything except snack sticks through the coarse plate. A little meat makes a bunch of snack sticks so the fine grind does not take very long.

I used my fine grind plate once. A friend wanted the sausage really ground down. Almost everything gets run thru a medium plate for me.

I use medium plate once...no issues and no complaints.

For us link sausage is one grind only …medium (7) or coarser
Burger is two grinds….coarse and fine. A dual grinder would be a hamburger or breakfast sausage only grinder
