    Pound for Pound Best Hunt

If you were looking to spend $3k on a hunt that would fill the freezer but would also be a fun hunt:

    What would you hunt?
    Which outfitter would you use?

For freezer filling, you might just look around to see if you could find a scimitar oryx in your price range. They are big critters and excellent table fare.

Nilgai would be great too, but I doubt he’ll find one that cheap.

Could probably do a thermal nilgai hunt in that range.

Depending on where you are and where you're willing to Travel to, Hogs ad Nilgai antelope. You can fill a freezer in a hurry with either/both.

Thermal hog hunt in the panhandle will yield 20-40 pigs in a night. Will Riddle does the guided hunts and he's with crooked wings outfitters in Lubbock. Cost is pretty reasonable as well.

I would try and do a Bison hunt. Great taste, lots of meat and an old historical hunt all in one.

I would find somebody with cheap Whitetail, doe hunts, and just shoot a bunch of does
