Heading to White Wings Fields in Brownsville,Tx. Driving down Thursday October 17 - Monday October 21. Be leaving from League City around 10:00 am. Going to hunt Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Been hunting at White Wings for past 5 years and have not ever limited out. shoot me a pm if interested.

Place is awesome. Bids will be amazing, should have a fair amount of pigeons mixed in also. We always stay at the Marriot Courtyard and eat and the Vermillion and Emilia's. About the best you can do down there. Good luck.

Brownsville. Isn't that just south of Havanna about 75 miles??? Lordy that's a long drive. But you hit me up next year (post-retirement) and Im likely to take you up on it.

I grew up just North of Brownsville. The only hunting I have time for since moving to Houston is opening day of the special whitewing season. We do public land down there. The birds are thick down there that time of the year. Haven't hunted the regular season in ages. I miss living down there.

Also, the Vermillion is a great place for a meal we typically try and eat there every time we visit. Wife always gets chicken nachos, and I do the ceviche.

Duck hunting is crazy on public land, but it has to be a distant second to dove hunting public land!!
