iPad apps

I have seen several threads discussing iPhone apps, but none for the iPad.

Personally, I'm looking to see what others are using for spreadsheets and word apps. Also, a PDF app that allows signatures. I've been looking at several different of each, but what to use other people experience before I make my final decision.

If you know of any other apps, besides the above, post them up.
