I make fresh chicken broth from rotisserie chicken chicken and vegetables then strain out solids and it taste great and I'm not starving......the colon blow doesn't bother me that much the being hungry is worse and this solves that and I schedule for zero dark thirty procedureComment

Good luck. Got the first one in 2020. They found one tiny cancer cell on a polyp my Doc thought nothing of. So, I got to get a second one in 2020 so he could tatoo the area he remove it, and then got to do it all over again in 2020 for my sugery.
The did one in 2021, and just did my 2024 one. I'm now good for 5 years.
One more year and I'm considred cancer free, and if I can lose this weight I can get some sort of life insurance.
