    Old Archery Equipment

How many of yall are still using something for bowhunting that has some age on it? Getting my gear together for this weekend, I realized how old this old quiver is. It's still in great shape and has lots of miles on it.

Guy I hunt with in throckmorton has that same quiver since I’ve known him. That was 2004… and he had it before then. Lol

Im still hunting with a probably 10 year old Diamond Carbon Cure, I reckon if it ain't broke and I'm still killing deer with it than there is no reason to get a new bow. Still shoots nice and quite

I'm still hunting with the same clothes I originally bought in 1995 and I still use the same Alpine quiver I bought in 2002.

I am using a couple Quickee Quiver’s that are well into their 30’s

Pulled out my 2011 bow other day for fun and was driving tacs. You can definitely feel the difference on the draw compared to my couple year old bow though.

How about some Bear Razorheads from the ‘70s?

Still shooting my Mathews Q2 from 2001.

Gets the job done and I shoot good with it.

Shot my caribou a couple of weeks ago with my Destroyer 340 that’s 14ish years old….that bow is still quick and fits my long draw.

I have wool pants that are marked 1945 (military surplus) several bows from the mid fifties that are hunting weight, arrows from 1960ish, and I shave with a Gillette Speed Razor built in 1949. If I wanted to use it, I still have my Sportsman flashlight that is roughly sixty years old and still looks and works great but I've been spoiled by the new flashlights. Every now and then I'll use the old stuff on a hunt just to try and get a deer like my Dad would have.
