    Let's see some old bucks...

With everyone asking about age, let's see some pics of those old dudes you have running around. This one somehow made it later in life than most in our area, must have been the headgear, maybe on the decline. Click image for larger version

I haven't seen either of these recently. They may have both keeled over since these pics were taken.

I guess that a conundrum. Can’t donate them. Can’t get em off the chow line and can’t burn a tag on em.

Last year. Was on camera for weeks. Hunted him one sit and never saw him again.

R.I.P. old friend. I finally lost contact with him Nov 11 last year after YEARS! Of chasing him. He had been going down somewhat last few years

this is a MINIMUM 10.5 year old! He should have been my daughter’s first deer but a bad round saved him at 4.5yo. I only seen him 2 more times in person in the next 6ish years and never had a shot with a bow. Could have shot both times with a gun. Just wish I knew if someone finally got him or nature/car got em. I’ve got hundreds of pics over the years

I believe this one was 10 years old. On a section of very heavily hunted public land. This was the only time I had pictures of him last year so someone may have finally got him.

Here’s another I believe was 10 years old on private land down the road from public. I hunted him for 5 years and only saw him twice in that time. He had some up and down years but I think his last set of antlers was as good as ever. Finally had him showing up in daylight and they cleared the place next to us. I assume he got pushed to public land and someone finally got him.
