check status of my chl and saw this can anyone tell me what this mean

Proof of Special Condition : Unacceptable, notice sent to applicant

it is under the photo section i turned in all the pics that was taken at the chl class

I had to sign mine, and so did the lady verifying my prints/docs.

I just sent mine in, and nowhere does it say to sign the photos. A form must be turned in, CHL-6, that has an area to sign. But have not seen any direction to sign the photos.

my instructor told us to sign both pics and put our DL# on them.

Signing the back of your photos is no longer required. I did not sign mine back in March when I took my class and I had no problems. Maybe the size is wrong?

I'm with you....sent mine in last Friday and just signed the CHL-6.....not the actual photos......hoping that is correct but was never told or saw anywhere that said sign the actual photos.
