ID:	26895292 I have a super great Hen and Drake Eider that Gulf Coast Studios. Alias Lowell Shapley mounted for me. Now I have forgotten how Lowell explained to attach to the wall. Any experience or suggestions would be very much appreciated.

        Because he's probably the greatest fowl taxidermist to ever mount a bird. Won two World Taxidermy Championships and countless other awards. I'm sure the GOAT term is subjective, but you won't find a bunch of people arguing against Lowell.

          Put a j bolt or 3” deck screw in a stud at an upward angle and stick it in the hole in the back of the base.

                If it doesn’t balance simply put a small paneling mail under the heavy end to balance the mount. Nail won’t be seen.
