I hunted and slept in a HUGE Barnett in Alaska for grizzly. Super thick and well built. For me I buy pretty cheap ones that last 2 or 3 seasons that are tall and can easily sit 3 people.

I just bought a TideWe Silent. It has a magnetic door instead of a zipper and the 270 view. It also come with a built-in heater. I put mine up a few weeks ago when the outside temp was 85, and it was 105 inside.

I have an Ameristep that I bought when Sportsmans Warehouse was going out of business. Never used and never been in the field. If you are anywhere near Liberty Hill and can come pick it up, you can have it.

          Let me know.

Thanks! Very generous of you but I'm not likely to be in your area soon. Thanks much.

I was in need of a new pop up recently as well. Did a reasonable amount of research and the TideWe is the one that I decided on. I’ll have to see how it holds up over time. I posted this video a couple days ago which takes a closer look at the features of the TideWe see through. I’ll share in case it helps.

Bought a Tidewe and yes very cool, but didn’t hold up in the elements. Any winds over 20 mph and it comes apart at the seams ( literally ). They made good on warranty but same thing happened, only it shredded within a week. I have so much duct tape holding it together that if offsets the see through feature.

Ameristep. I have 1 that's 10 years old and will probably get a few more seasons. Paid 39.00 for it. I use tent stakes and tie off the middle with whatever is available. I put them out in Sept and put them up in January.

Which ever one you buy be sure to treat it with a UV protectant / water proof spay especially the roof. I've got blinds that are 5+ years old that I leave out year round with minimal fading much less degradation. Makes a huge difference and it's cheap!

Just loaded one in my truck that is 12 years old. Killed a lot of critters out of it.. Will be setting it up on a Water hole in Colorado next week to ambush an elk if they are not responding to the calls..
How much of that 12 years has it been set out?

In the same boat. looking at the Primos Full Frontal Hunting Blind at the moment. Think it is a new design by Primos.

just came across thePrimos Hunting Primos Hide-N-Sneak Hunting Blind. Looks to be exactly like the full frontal blind but 60-70.00 cheaper. looks to be same size.

think the difference is the see through mesh. Not a big deal for me where I need to set up.

I decided to partly go with recommendations here and also try something new. We'll see how it works out. I ordered both from Amazon because of the ease of delivery and return. I got a Barronett and a Funhorun (I know, don't judge ) The Funhorun looks similar to the Tidewe and ratings were good. We shall see.

Season starts soon! I think I've had almost every brand over the years and generally get 3-4 years use. I put them up at the beginning of the season and take them down in January. I also buy better tent stakes; the ones provided don't hold up with the rocks and cedar roots in the hill country.
