    Zeiss Binocular Warranty.

    I bought a pair o' Zeiss 10x30 binoculars 11 years ago...Diafun,was the model I believe....They started to show double over the summer....I could hear something rattling around inside 'em,and decided to send them back to Zeiss towards the end of deer season. Today the UPS man shows up,and I think the package contains my predator camo pants from tbh,that have been on back order for some time,and low,and behold the lable said Zeiss. L.S.S.,rather than fix 'em they sent me a brand new pair of 10x30 Conquest's!....I originally purchased Zeiss,thinking I would never need another pair.(Hence,the lack of warranty address info.) I will guarantee you this fella' will never purchase optics from anybody else,but these guys. Can't wait to call customer service in the morning,and brag!

    This is the main reason to pick Zeiss over Leica...have heard nothing but horror stories about Leica's policy from 3 different owners.

    Zeiss fixed Dad's 10x40 classics for free too when they got a little loose.

    I'm a swaro fan myself but have never had to send anything back & have no idea what I'm in for when / if anything goes wrong.

      Cool. Vortex has the same type of warranty.. and I believe its transferrable.

        Gotta love that. I bought a pair of leupold used binos for $125 but they were blurry so I sent them in over Christmas and they took awhile to get back to me so I contacted them and they said they were on there way back with a present a 4.5-14-50 vx3 scope. This is why I will stick with'em

          They did the same for me when my 10x40's developed a loose hinge.
