    Deal alert...maybe.

This seems like a good deal if the are not junk like spypoint. I've never used the Moultrie cameras. Anyone use these?

The pictures are not as good as my Bushnell trail cams, but I only have them to inventory deer on food plots. They have been pretty reliable but I’ve only had them out since last December. They connect on ATT or Verizon, and they work even where my phone doesn’t. I recommend getting the rechargeable battery pack and the solar panel because you will pay for them in batteries anyway. They are totally controllable from your phone as far as changing the plan, checking on battery life, etc. I also recommend uploading the pics every three hours or less as it will save battery draw. I have found their customer service to be good. You can get a real person on the phone, (that speaks English), and they are knowledgeable about the product. I think that’s a good deal, and I thought pretty hard about getting a couple more, but I really don’t need any more cell cameras.

My brother uses them and says he likes them. I still run old fashion cameras but have been thinking about these or WiseEye.

We've been running 8 of them nonstop for a little over 2 years so far. If I was to buy new ones I would go with these or Tactacams.

I started using one last year and haven't had any problems. The only bad thing I have to say is that the battery life isn't great if you are getting pictures uploaded instantly, which I'm sure most cameras would eat batteries like that. But if you get them uploaded once or twice a day, they will last a couple months. I would buy them again for sure

They work in areas my Coverts do not work. I am setting one up this week. One of the guys on our hunting club has them and gets much better reception than my Coverts. I may phase my Coverts out and go strictly Moultrie..

I put my Moultrie and Tactacam on the same feeder side by side. Tactacam caught 5X more pictures.

I have one and use it where my tactacams and spartan will not connect. Picture quality is sub par but I have not had any problems with it and have not found a spot that it will not connect. I have 2 blackgate cams and they seem to connect everywhere that the moultrie will and the picture quality is far better. The camera price is a little more expensive but it will probably pay off quickly with their data plans. They are the cheapest I have found on the market as I am paying 11$ a month for 2 cameras. I am not sure I will buy a different camera unless they let me down somehow.

I’ve heard about Blackgate before. Are they on Amazon ?

Would really recommend the Tactacam Reveal for the same price point. Have been really impressed with the cameras and app.

Good deal on these though, thanks for sharing.

I do not believe so. I bought both directly from the website. I initially heard about them on a hunting podcast and the data plans caught my attention as we run about 10 cell cams during the season. I have been impressed so far.

They are great camera's. Think they are just trying to get rid of existing inventory since the new Edge's were released this season.

I just setup a new Moultrie Edge. I don't think I have ever used a cell cam that was as easy to setup as this one was. I also purchased the universal solar power pack for it.
Plus, no SD card is needed.
