Karl W. Studer, 43, spent over $150,000 purchasing Landowner Appreciation...

If that’s all factual, he needs the max penalty. Jail time is the only deterrent to anyone that has the money to pay large fines.

I'm not sure I understand just what all i read but it seems that landowners must try to draw a tag to hunt on their own land and then are not allowed to sell this tag? If there are no more animals harvested than what should be, why does gov't get to dictate what they do on their property?

Ole Tom yes they have to draw these special tags and they have to follow state laws even on their own property.

when hunting becomes a business instead of a hobby, people will get greedy.

It sounds like he was hunting all of these tags and not selling? Maybe I'm not understanding it either.
