i deal with evictions thought i would share this

i hear people talking about how to get someone out of your house that lives there well listen to this story so i know this lady her bf lives with her has for years she is a nurse practitioner so well educated i assume him not so much she lives on a few acres with a nice house with him he gets a few travel trailers puts them on the property and rents them out to make money then he rents a room in their house to a girl that was down on her luck supposedly all went well for a short time but her the owner of the house the nurse came home 1 day early because she suspected something going on and caught them in bed come to find out the girl was his side girl all along now heres the funny part she caught them and told them both to leave get out of my house cops show up and girlfriend and bf both say that the y live here and cops drive away she had to go to the courthouse file eviction $210.00 to get them to leave had to wait 2 or 3 weeks for the court date then 6 days for them to get out our court dealings with getting people out of our houses is ridiculous it leans towards the renters in any situation no matter what they are doing or destroying well thats my story for the day and yes its true story

Yeah it sure seems the law favors the renter/squatters. I've seen some horror stories regarding the squatters.
