You simply call each of them and tell them you want a freeze - you can also go online and login into them and set up the freeze - it is not hard to do

I highly suggest everyone freezes their three credit reports with Experian, Transunion, and Equifax - I leave mine frozen and if I need it to get a credit card or borrow money I unfreeze it and then refreeze it
