What is this tiny snake?

Curious to know what snake this is. Possibly the tiniest I’ve ever seen. It was crawling on one of the greens at our golf course when I picked it up. I didn’t come up with anything I thought was correct of a quick computer search.

Not a real clear picture, but my guess is also a Texas brown snake.

Hard to tell from the pic. Either a baby Texas Brown Snake or a Dekay's Brown Snake would be my guess.
