    Need help with scientific calculator

I took some elevation shots with a transit. Trying to figure out elevation differences.
The distance to shot A was 123’. My angle is 0*28’. What is my height difference at point A?
(I used to remember how to do this on a scientific calculator, but my brain is not letting me figure it out…
I have a couple of more shots to calculate.

      Goldeneagle is correct at 1.0018'

In this case, take the length of the hypotenuse and multiply it by Sin of the angle.

      123' x Sin(0.466667)= 1.0018079'

The (0.466667) is the 28 minutes divided by 60......just incase you someone was wondering.

          Perfect. Thanks guys!

5 minutes after I sent the question, I remembered how to enter the info on my calculator. It’s been a minute since I’ve used it, but I had been entering the equation in the wrong order!
