    Custom Cut Arrow Issues

Picked up some new arrows from a shop for me and the daughter. Got home and figured out the field point wouldnt screw all the way into one and the insert is glued too shallow. Started looking closer and found other issues. Im wanting thoughts on how I should ask that these be resolved?

#1. insert set too shallow. Can this be fixed or should I ask for a replacement?

#2. insert appears to have been forced home, flaring out part of the arrow. Maybe it wasnt cut perpendicular? Expect a replacement?

#3. Appears to be a small crack. Camera makes it look bigger than it is but you can feel it with your fingernail. Cosmetic or potentially dangerous?

I would ask for a full refund and then find a new shop. Unless you have history here, and this is not normal work.

If it's a reputable shop, they should make things right and those arrows don't look right to me. Tell the person who made those arrows about your concern and see what they say.

Defame full refund without a doubt. That’s pathetic

Garbage! Look like they drug them around the shop before they sold them to you.

They are some of the worst arrows I ever saw! REFUND, then call them out so no one else gets screwed.

                      x2

                      Maybe a new employee
Give them a chance to make it right

If that is a HIT insert you CAN get it out with a drill bit and physics but if you paid someone to do them I would defer to them fixing (replacing) them

Those look far from "new". Forget about the inserts the shaft looks like crap.

I would take them back and ask, and expect a full replacement for all of those shafts. Those look as though someone's kid did them.
