Wouldn't matter on this situation. His problem is between the house and the tank.

      I'm well aware of that.

Finally, after 15 years on TBH y'all finally want to discuss something that I am literally an expert at. I know my ****!!!!

This isn't an aerobic septic issue, this is a gravity line issue. Wouldn't matter if it was aerobic, conventional or tied to city sewer, you need gravity to get it where you want it to go. You have one of two issues. 1) A hump or belly in the line or 2) an obstruction like a stick or rock something. 120' is not too far to gravity flow sewer. Can you tell me what size pvc the gravity line is?

For the record, I too love a conventional. I'm forever having issues with my aerobic system at home, but my farmhouse at the ranch is bulletproof because it's conventional.

What is considered “conventional”? Is that the setup with lateral lines, or leach lines gravity fed from the tank?

              Yes. Conventional uses leach lines.

3" going out of the house to the tank. I'm pretty sure the guy that put in the 2nd clean out (about 80' from house) created a dip so that it is uphill to tank. He is good moving a lot of dirt with skid steer and xcavater, not so much with precise stuff such as drainage. I think they're gonna trench up the line from tank to cleanout to make sure of positive flow.

That's why they make lasers and levels. All of the old-timer plumbers worked just fine with a torpedo level.

Camera the line and you’ll know exactly what and where the problem is.

I was certainly happy when a conventional system was required at my home site.
