    GSM Outdoors Anyone here work for them or know a manager?

    I am needing to discuss an issue but CS reps just keep asking for more and more information. I see where this is going nowhere. I am just not going to play that game. I know the answers to my questions but trying to get them to acknowledge it is a problem. I want to give them a chance at a resolution before they get blasted in a public forum. Thank you. Any info can be sent via a PM.

    I feel your pain. The worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. You have to have a total meltdown with the CS reps that take calls in order to get a supervisor to call you back. That is the only way I got my situation resolved. GSM now owns over 40 outdoor industry brands. I will not buy any of their brands ever again.

      Not sure if y'all are aware but GSM just got bought out by Platinum Equity so it is probably just going to get worse. Can't blame those companies for selling out to GSM but **** it was a lot nicer when they were on their own.

        Just checked their website. About the only thing I buy, that they own, is BloodSport arrows.

          I've avoided most of their hunting stuff for a long time but they started buying up fishing companies too and I have a lot of that stuff.

            The CEO is a fellow by the name of Eddie Castro. All of the folks that I knew that worked with them in the past are long gone.
