I am needing to discuss an issue but CS reps just keep asking for more and more information. I see where this is going nowhere. I am just not going to play that game. I know the answers to my questions but trying to get them to acknowledge it is a problem. I want to give them a chance at a resolution before they get blasted in a public forum. Thank you. I feel your pain. The worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. You have to have a total meltdown with the CS reps that take calls in order to get a supervisor to call you back. That is the only way I got my situation resolved. GSM now owns over 40 outdoor industry brands. I will not buy any of their brands ever again.
