    Scenting corn

Easy way to make apple scented corn?

    #2
I've never tried to make apple scented but have wasted more than a few bucks adding strawberry Jello packets to full drums thinking I was going to do something more than nothing.

    Never added up to much.

I would add corn scent but that's just my opinion. We've done well killing big deer with corn smelling corn but Im an old dude. Today's deer are not like in the old days.

Used to add Beast Feast to our corn. Cloud of dust everytime the feeder spun. Could smell it from the blind.

We used to add Deercaine to our corn, never noticed a difference but they sure were fast when someone shot

From someone who has tinkered with all that hoopla. Regular corn works just fine, first time, everytime.

If you are young, or new, gunho and ready to discover a hidden secret that you think you have stumbled upon. Go for it. Its part of the cycle.

Many many moons ago. Academy sold packets of acorn scent that you added to corn. And in the place we hunted in Sonora it did make a difference.

Vanilla plus water in a spray bottle. Have at it!
