Trailer license plate lookup

I have a trailer that was left on my lease and I’m trying to track down the owner, I’ve looked just about everywhere online and can’t find out how to find the owner. Next step is asking the green screen, I know ya’ll always have the answers, any help is appreciated!

one of our past lease owners took a trailer that was left behind and towed it just across the county line and left onside of highway... DPS / sheriff had it towed to storage lot and they tried to claim it was a buddy of mines trailer since they found a magazine addressed to him in it lol

you should be able to contact a law officer and have them run it is it a travel trailer OR utility if you know the owners name , could they have passed away? look for an obit.

Call a local title office in your area and give them the plate number they should be able to tell you who its registered to.

If there is a serial number call the LEOs with jurisdiction and get them to run it?
