    Gas mileage 2019 F150 ecoboost 3.5

What mileage are y’all getting with a similar Ford? I only get 17 mph on the highway doing 75-80. Been the same for 3 years owning truck. Very disappointed!!

My Son’s is about the same.
    I have a 2022 F150 5.0 and get 19-20 and sometimes 21 on road trips.

My brother in law has 5.0 V8 and says that’s what he gets. I’m not happy only getting 17!!!

15.4mpg over the life of the vehicle with 200,000+ miles. Mine was 2013. Ecoboosts were not gas savers they thought they'd be.

Keep your foot out of the injectors and you’ll get 22 mpg, or…….stay unhappy. ☹️

2016 eco boost driving 70-74 on open highways we average 18-20 but my boat on it and it’s a different story.

My 2020 eco boost averages 20-21 mpg between around town/highway. If I check it on a highway trip it bumps up to 22. Now, towing anything it plummets - but overall I am very happy with average being 21 mpg. (I assume you know that every time you start your truck you have to manually set it on eco boost?)

                2019 f150 3.5 75000 miles 4X4 20" mudgrips
averaging 14.5-15.5 with highway driving at 75-80 and mix of in town.

that's way better than my 6.2 f250 i sold but i was sure hoping for better

Currently have a ‘22 but drove a ‘17 prior to that which my brother is running now. Was averaging over 20 on both until I put 10 plys on them. On the current truck I just put a set of KO3’s on it and averaged 19.5 driving to Destin. When I drive in the hill country or down to the coast fighting wind or hills I average 17 if I’m lucky. Single digits pretty much towing anything

Heck! I drive a little 4-door sedan and I don’t get much better than about 21 mpg. Some of you are doing quite well!

Stop with the stupid assumptions. I rarely use the turbo on this engine. This truck wouldn’t get 22 mpg going 35. If you have one, I’d love to hear about the mileage you’re getting. Otherwise, go pound sand!

Not stupid, nor an assumption. Experience. At that speed that YOU quoted, you aren’t gonna get good mileage. Simple physics. You can get it at 65 on the interstate, but not 75/80. Your choice.

No dog in this fight but I will say this: If I was worried about gas mileage, I probably wouldn’t be buying a full size truck.

                            Just my opinion.
