Ryobi or Milwaukee type fans are good. They're not quite. But they are quiet.

I know a guy with a ceiling fan - hey Doug. It doesn’t seem to bother them. Neither does the reclining chairs and cushioned foot stool or DVD player

We bought one of these from a Maxxair vendor at a NASCAR race. It worked great at the hot race on a USB battery pack. Once we got it home, we realized how quiet it is, too!

Experience high velocity air movement for your office, home, or workspace with a mini desk fan. Our small portable desk fans feature a metal housing in a classic copper finish and adjustable non-skid legs for durability and vibration-reducing operation. These table fans require no assembly, are powered via a USB port o

              That's a good nap stand.

I bought an ICYBREEZE just to see if it would work. It works very well! The down side is it’s heavy and blows through ice. I will use it during the summer scouting and shooting a pig.

I've bought a few of these & they've been going strong for several years now. They run for several hours on a single charge, are lightweight, & quiet.

                    Battery Operated Stroller Fan... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B085L71L9R...p_mob_ap_share

We have two of these that we use for the stroller and at the beach. Seem to hold up well, last a good while on one charge, quiet, and has a light should you want to use it(red light on a headlamp is probably a better option in a blind).

I bought a small battery powered camping fan from Academy few years back that was super compact, foldable, and near silent (probably due to its small size ~6" or so.) When the stupid C batteries died, i realized it had a USB input for power. I bought a rechargeable USB battery bank for $20 that ran that tiny fan on single charge for weeks. Used it for several years until the $7 fan crapped out.

I remeber in church as a child we had paddle fans similar to these. Course, that was way before A/C.
