    Kap!

So last night I do a live pig hunt and all I get is a coon.

Tonight I decide to go it alone and I get one. Sheesh. I guess they just don't like an audience.

That is the way it works. Also it is a proven fact that when you do not have a gun you are going to see something.

Well tonight the Evo and Blood Runners proved to be a deadly combo. Pig went 50 yards and piled up. DRT!

                    Thanks guys.
It was about 7:30pm when four pigs came into the feed pen. They came running in like they hadn't eaten in a week. I made my draw then hit the light. Like a dummy I didn't notice that I had the high beam on. They held for just a moment and then started to get nervous so I snapped a shot at the lead pig. Man did he squeal. Ran out of the pen screaming like a stuck pig went about 50 yards to the tree line. I couldn't see him but I could hear him. He grunted and had labored breathing for about 10 minutes then all got quiet.

I went to the truck and got my Catahoula (Houla) and put her on the track. She's still learning so this was a great training session for her. The Blood Runner broadhead allowed for a massive blood trail so it was an easy track.

It was 1:00am before I finally got to bed last night then had to get up at 7:00am to get ready to go down to the Texas Shootout. Man, I'm riunning on adrenalin.
