We replaced the AT&T router (it sucked) with a Starlink several months ago here at the ranch in Bastrop county. There is no comparison. Here are 2 photos on the speeds at 7-8 am on Sunday the 7th (cloudy) and Monday the 8th (partly cloudy). As a card carrying dinosaur olemanus, I have no idea what the numbers represent nor care because it is fast. If the gurus that be can explain what the numbers mean to the clueless, I (we) would appreciate it. Thanks.............Stewart

I have the equipment sitting in our lake house right now….ran the wires last night and I’m just waiting on the roof bracket to get here from Amazon tomorrow to flip the switch on our 5th Starlink.
can’t wait to call those idiots at Vyve Periodic Internet Services and tell them to come get their garbage equipment.

We are on rotation in Eastern Europe. WiFi in the barracks is pretty crappy and super expensive. $70 a month for a 15mbps plan. We saw quite a few starlinks up on the buildings so I ordered one. Newest version with the kickstand.
After it got here and I got it up on the roof, this is the first speed test I pulled. Super easy to set up and get facing in the correct direction. We ran an Ethernet cable to the opposite side of the building and I put a router down there for the guys on that end. Now we have wifi all through the building for less than $5 a month split between us(residential plan over here works out to $50USD a month). It’s fantastic.
