I'm currently in the market for a large portable building. It's going to replace an old mobile home at Sam Rayburn. Has anyone had any experience with either of the two brands listed in the title ? I have looked at both, and the quality seems to be equal with each brand. I don't have time to build my own tiny house, so buying prebuilt would be helpful. Any thoughts ?

We got a Dersken . It was pre-wired but I recommend getting it finished inside unless you want to do it. The only thing I added was a ventilation fan on a time so the mold or condensation isn't a problem. It's been since 2016 and no problem so far .. They deliver for free within a certain distance ..at least in 2016. -
Did you go with the spray insulation ? I have been reading many mixed reviews on the foam in our southeast texas weather.Comment
