I have these as well and really enjoy them. Check with your insurance as you might be able to get some coverage since SoundGear parent company is Starkey (hearing aids) and they use the same tech.

Mine have 5-6 different use settings, from range to waterfowl to turkey.
Yea I got waterfowl, upland, and range settings. I didn’t get the custom mold version but they said I can return within a year and get 75% back on my alpha models to swap them in for customs. If they are as good as advertised I’ll probably go custom next season. Do you have the custom mold or alpha?

FYI if you have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (or work for the State of Texas) there is a provision in our health insurance to get these for free at no cost. They are sold at the New Sound Hearing Centers (offices along the Texas Coast, Houston, Austin etc...) Just call the center up and tell them you want to get tested for the Sound gear phantoms and they'll check your insurance for coverage.

I recommend this product, and they work great!

I have the Alpha, but will be upgrading when they wear out. I met them at the DUX Expo 4 years ago at the TMS. I was volunteering in the shotgun village and they let me demo a pair. I was blown away by how well they worked. I could hear a conversation 30’ behind me while standing with a shooter at the line. Ordered a pair right then and use them all the time. They are custom to your hearing level, which I really like.
