I can't believe that guy isn't buried in the wilderness somewhere yet. He took a group of my co-workers for like $35k. They lawyered up and got their money back from him eventually, but I have read that lots of others haven't been so lucky.

Unfortunately this type scam has been going on for years
my company leased a duck & goose lease, that was bogus, opening day about 50 guys were setting at the gate to hunt a lake , a hundred calls and excuses later, the sheriff department said they were a scam and it was a civil matter
“ Scott “ never did return any money or stop the scam, and is probably still doing it
