                      Ok, in an effort to not feed the rest of this brisket flat to the dog, I decided on one more plan before giving up. I had my bride make up some compound butter, put it on the foil wrapped brisket, and warm it in the oven to 205 internal. Once out of the oven and everything else was ready I SLICED IT IN THE CORRECT DIRECTION and it was pretty moist and much more tender. Pretty tasty after the rescue !
