    AC Overflow dripping

I know there is a simple fix to solve for the ac overflow dripping but the videos I've looked at are making it more complicated than necessary. Give me your best tips on cleaning out the line.

Shop vac or co2 cartridge with a drain line gun or something similar to it.

After you get it cleared, put vinegar in the pan--the bleach can be caustic

Our primary drain line routes through our attic and down an exterior wall and to the outside, so it's not tied into another interior drain line. Sticking a shop vac on the end outside does the trick as sometimes debris and insulation get in there and clog up the line. Other setups are more complicated. If there is a pea trap in the line somewhere, you should check there too for clogs. Our AC guy cautioned on putting bleach in the line. I agree with the comment above on using vinegar instead.

Bleach is ok as long as you have pvc drain lines
              acid is never smart
              you can get some
little tabs to put in your pan once a quarter that will help keep it clean

All of the above mentioned will work. While you are trouble shooting I would find out why your secondary is dripping and solve that also. In our journey through multiple homes over the years our primary drained to our sewer/septic usually under one of the bathroom sinks.

Bleach is never good. Put a ball valve where the drain line comes out of the unit before the p trap. Now you can blow air, pour bleach, run water or whatever you want and you will keep everything from going back to the coil.
