Why not send in individually? Yall will have a better shot of going every year. Just not everyone will be hunting. Not sure how big yalls groups is though. This is what we used to do that we could go and help with everything and to just be up there.Originally posted by Chad_E View PostComment

. We put in as a group in the 2nd Choice Option but figured we would be going OTC this year. So that is still the plan.
My understanding of the draw system is if one person in a group gets drawn, the group gets drawn. Is that not the way you understand it?
As far as my points go, I feel like I'm in purgatory. Don't have nearly enough points to draw the premium units but have enough points to draw in most all of the others. There are only a few in the middle that I've seen and those are around 18 points. I don't think I'll catch those and certainly not the premium units. We were on private land for a couple years ourselves but that opportunity is over (property sold). If I could continue to hunt private for a reseasonable sum, then I would probably just keep getting points. I am of the mindset to garner a few PPs, then hunt a unit as a group but I don't want to burn my 12 years on a 2-3 point unit.Comment
