Gonna be using a Fimco 25 gallon sprayer for spot spraying mesquite this year, and was wonder if I extended the hose to about 75ft would it affect the amount of spray coming out of nozzel, will be spraying Sendero with dye.

It might but it would be minimal....That unit has a pretty strong pump on it....

I put a 50' hose on my 2 sprayers, one is just like yours and the other is a 9 gallon with a smaller pump. They work great I can not tell any difference.

I'm pretty sure it would be fine.

Like others have said, I don't think you notice any difference.

Get you a 50ft air hose reel with 3/8 hose and plumb it into that and upgrade the wand. You will be dang glad you did. Did this and mounted it with a drop in pipe on bed of ranger. Obviously you could make some kind of temporary mount for whatever. Cheap air reel from TSC or harbor freight will work just fine.
