    Rtic Coolers

well, I bit the bullet and bought two 52 quart coolers with wheels and THEY SUCK!!!

I dang near had to throw punches to return one back to Walmart (I didn't have a receipt and paid cash) but I still have one.

Does anyone else have these and what's your experience?

The only RTIC I have is an original run 65 from when they were blowing out inventory due to the Yeti lawsuit. It’s a pretty good cooler.

That said, I have not heard much good about their products since then. Both of my brothers had newer ones and other products they market that just fell apart, and it seems that their CS took a dive as well.

Have a couple and they’re heavy and awesome. Looks like the lightweight version you have and I’ve no experience with those.

FWIW....the brothers from Texas no longer own rtic. I believe LL bean bought them.

One brother started a web search engine and one has a small share in the coolers

Rubber feet fall off, lids warp… I’m done with Rtic. Back to Yeti.

Ive got a 65 and a smaller one but have had them for years and get a lot of use. No complaints on the older models...

Also have the old 65 and it’s been a great one! I had a couple of their soft coolers when they first came out and they did a great job. I purchased another a few yrs ago and it was horrible! I don’t care for Yeti soft packs either , their zippers suck

I tried to leave Yeti for RTIC because I think the price for anything yeti is ridiculous. That was until I had zippers fail on both of their soft coolers. Yeti asked me to send them a picture. I did and they sent me the new magnetic soft cooler for free.

RTIC said since I did not have a receipt they would not warranty the cooler. I am back to being a Yeti customer.

I have the Rtic 65 and another small Rtic hard cooler. No issues with mine. I’m happy with ‘em.

Yeti’s customer service is the best there is.

that being said, I’ve yet to have a problem with my RTIC 110. But then again I only use it during deer season.
