Ribs here as well, but smoked. Pork and beef in fact.

I love some fried ribs but man I’m hurting for a couple days afterward because we rarely eat fried food.

Smoking a chuck roast as a "poor man's brisket."

Planning to serve it chopped with smoked sausage and beans over Fritos and cheese. A homemade Gut-Pak for those who have eaten at Vitek's in Waco 😃

Taking my buddy and his wife to dinner tonight as payback for all his help on planting my food plots. His help saves me lots of getting in and out of the tractor, changing implements, and handling the trailer ramps. Well worth it !
