If you think that is a wild turkey, you are not going nuts.

if you think it’s an Ostrich, it’s time to put the Wild Turkey down….

And I am confirmed. Thank you all. Thought I was on my way to medications.

I am just amazed. In my 20 years at this property, I have never seen or heard a Turkey.

This is Houston County, about 5 or 6 miles West of Grapeland.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here, that's a turkey.

We have started seeing them in Navarro County also.

Looks like you got a pretty bad case of leaf cutter ants too!

Maybe a rehabitation release from TPW.

Just crazy to me, never thought I would see one on that lease.

                      Very cool.

Yes sir, I do. Most of the feeder pen has them all of a sudden and seems like the ground level has raised a foot and a half where they are.

Though it was a Turkey, thats why I wanted a sanity check.

Posted previously that I have been on this lease in Houston country for around twenty years and in the area even longer, and never seen or heard one before.

Your not nuts, I thought the same thing when I started seeing turkeys in my yard and on cameras in Freestone County. I kept it quiet until a couple of other neighbors mentioned seeing turkeys.
