Moving Gun Safes

Well the time has come to move my gun safes to Missouri. Will they be ok loaded on a trailer lying on their sides?

I’m’ having a hell of a time trying to get my 50 gun safe moved from Baton Rouge to Houston. Moving company wants $550 to move it but I need to pay $550 to a safe company to put it on a truck and then $550 for a safe company to get it off the truck. I’m going to pay a buddy of mine $1500 to just move it.

Don't know what you have but it might be cheaper to buy a new one and sell the old one

I would not lay mine on the side because the manufacturer says not to but sounds like several have gotten away with it and no negative affects
