I'm always surprised on these types of threads the amount of reply's that are usually...wow that takes me back, fond memories etc etc.
Why do people stop doing something that was so pleasurable in the past?

Cobblers come in square or rectangle pans of any size and are usually filled with some kinda fruit.

Pies usually come in round pans and can be filled with anything including meats.

Good answer. Although, I made a cobbler last night and, just to nonconformist, I put it in a round pie plate.

Or to modify an old adage, Pie are round, cobbler is square.

Killa’s always trying to bust my crust. The fact that he never can quite get there is part of his inimitable charm!
