    Help finding a good griddle

I know there are a lot of folks in all kinds of fields and places. I’m looking for a gas griddle for my outside kitchen. Looking for a closing bar or restaurant that is selling a flattop. I guess anything 40 inches or bigger and 1/2 inch or more thick. Looked at new but about had a heart attack. I’ll pay a finders fee of a free fishing trip

What about one of those blackstones that everybody raves about, hell of a lot cheaper than a real griddle, we are installing a commercial griddle / stove in our barndo, dam they expensive.

I’ll get my wife to look on Marketplace. I don’t really do much other than tide charts and TBH. Blackstones have hotspots because they are thin and in my opinion disposable type cooking- Cooking on a real griddle is like cast iron in a lot of ways

and when I looked on a restaurant supply and saw $10k for what I am looking at it was a *******

Spec out what you want in a griddle then get a welder (maybe one on here) to quote you a price on building it.
