It is that time of year again. The annual posting of the "Hair Roller" photo. My Queen and I leaving our wedding reception on May 1, 1976, 48 years ago. A bit different celebration this year due to her total knee replacement surgery on Monday. It has been a ride and at times it seemed like a stroll but these days looking back, it was more like a sprint. She is doing well and getting around pretty good on the walker and is motivated to get back to the Montezuma Quail trail in the Davis Mtns. State Park.
